Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use this website or book any of our services — battery replacement, roadside assistance, towing and recovery, or garage work carried out at your vehicle or in a workshop. By calling us, messaging us, submitting a request through this website or accepting service from one of our technicians, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

We are a mobile car battery, roadside assistance and car garage service provider based in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi, operating in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a government body, an insurer, a vehicle manufacturer, a franchise or an authorised dealership, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used on this website only to describe the vehicles we can attend to.

You can reach us on +971 54 309 2253, by messaging app on the same number, or at Rabdan, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our operating hours are: Open 24 hours · 7 days · incl. public holidays.

2. The services we provide

We work in three ways, depending on what your vehicle needs.

At your vehicle (on-site). Our technician comes to where the vehicle is and does the work there. This may include:

  • battery, alternator and charging-system testing, battery replacement and jump starts
  • roadside assistance, flat tyre changes and tyre puncture repair
  • oil changes, basic maintenance and brake pad replacement
  • AC gas refilling and on-site AC checks
  • car detailing, minor scratch repair and pre-purchase inspections

In a workshop. Heavier jobs cannot be done safely or properly at the roadside. Where possible we diagnose the fault at your vehicle first; the work itself is then carried out in a workshop, and we collect your vehicle and return it to you. This may include engine repair, gearbox and transmission repair, clutch replacement, suspension repair, wheel alignment, body and paint, paint repair and major AC repair.

Towing and recovery. Where a vehicle cannot be driven, we move it by flatbed truck to a workshop, your home or another destination you choose, on the terms in section 9.

Whether a particular job is done on-site or in a workshop depends on the fault, the vehicle and the location. We will tell you which applies before you agree to the work. The service pages on this website describe each service in general terms; the estimate we give you for your job describes what we will actually do.

3. Service area and availability

We serve Abu Dhabi. Coverage outside these areas may be possible but is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge, which we will tell you about before we set off.

We aim to be available at the hours stated on this website. Availability can still be affected by demand, weather, traffic, road closures, technician and workshop availability, parts availability and other circumstances outside our control. We may decline or postpone a request when we cannot safely or realistically attend.

4. Booking and requesting service

You can request service by phone, by messaging app or through this website. A request becomes a booking only once we have confirmed it to you. When you request service, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to request work on it, including collection, towing or recovery
  • the location, vehicle details and contact number you give us are accurate
  • the vehicle is legally parked, or is where it has broken down, and can be safely accessed by our technician

Giving us an inaccurate location or vehicle detail is the most common cause of delay. The easiest way to share your location is to send us a pin by messaging app. If we arrive and the vehicle is not where you told us, or is different from what you described, additional charges may apply.

5. Arrival times

Any arrival or completion time we quote — on this website, on the phone or in a message — is an estimate, not a guarantee. Estimates are based on typical traffic, normal demand and, for workshop jobs, the expected availability of parts, and can change without notice.

We are not liable for any loss, cost, missed appointment, missed flight or other consequence arising from a late arrival or a delayed completion. If we expect a significant delay, we will tell you as soon as we can so that you can decide whether to wait or make other arrangements.

6. Diagnosis, estimates and your authorisation

Before any chargeable work begins, we will tell you what we think is wrong, what we propose to do and what it will cost. For simple jobs this may be a price given on the phone; for anything more involved we will send you a written estimate or an estimate by message.

No chargeable work starts until you have authorised it. Authorisation can be given in writing, by message or verbally to our technician; we will normally confirm a verbal authorisation by message.

Some faults can only be confirmed once parts are removed or the vehicle is on a lift. If, during the job, we find further work that is needed, or the cost will be higher than the estimate, we will stop, explain what we found and ask you before going further. We will not carry out or charge for additional work you have not approved, except where it is needed to leave the vehicle safe and we could not reach you — and in that case only the minimum needed.

Where a diagnosis itself takes time or equipment — for example fault-code reading, a road test or a workshop inspection — we may charge for it. We will tell you whether a diagnosis is chargeable, and how much, before we start. Where a free check is advertised, it is free as described and carries no obligation to buy anything from us.

7. Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change at any time. Prices quoted directly to you for a specific job are the ones that apply to that job. Unless we state otherwise, prices include VAT where it applies.

Payment is due on completion of the work — at the location for on-site jobs, or when the vehicle is returned to you for workshop jobs — unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. For workshop jobs involving expensive or special-order parts, we may ask for a deposit before ordering them; we will tell you the amount in the estimate.

We may accept cash, card, Apple Pay and buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby and Tamara. Card, Apple Pay and buy-now-pay-later payments are handled by independent third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not a party to your agreement with them and we are not responsible for their decisions, fees or charges.

We may keep your vehicle until the invoice for the work you authorised has been paid, where the law allows.

8. Vehicle collection, custody and return

For workshop jobs we collect your vehicle, take it to the workshop and bring it back once the work is done. At collection:

  • our driver will check the vehicle's visible condition with you and take photos of the exterior, the dashboard warning lights and the fuel level and mileage where visible, and these form the record of the vehicle's condition when it left you
  • please remove valuables, cash, documents and personal belongings; we are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle
  • hand over the key or keys the vehicle needs, and tell us about any security code, immobiliser, locking wheel nut or known quirk

While your vehicle is in our care we will look after it with reasonable care, drive it only as needed for collection, return, testing and road tests, and keep it at the workshop or in a secure place.

We will return the vehicle to the address you give us, or you may collect it from the workshop by arrangement. Please check the vehicle on return and tell us straight away about anything you are not happy with, so it can be compared with the collection record.

9. Towing and recovery

Towing and recovery are carried out by flatbed truck. When you book, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to have it moved, and we may ask to see the vehicle registration (Mulkiya) and your identification before loading.

We will only move a vehicle that can legally be recovered. We will not move a vehicle that is subject to a police or authority hold, is involved in an accident that has not yet been reported where a report is required, or where we have reason to believe the person requesting it is not entitled to move it.

You must tell us, as accurately as you can, where the vehicle is, how it can be reached, and whether it is in a basement, a car park with a height limit, a restricted area or off-road. If the truck cannot safely reach or load the vehicle, we may need a different truck, extra equipment or a different time, and additional charges may apply; we will tell you before any extra charge is incurred.

Recovery from sand, desert, soft ground, water or other off-road locations carries a higher risk of damage to the vehicle's underbody, bumpers, tyres and bodywork, however carefully it is done. We will explain the risks before we start. Unless we were negligent, we are not liable for damage that results from those unavoidable risks.

You choose the destination. If it changes after we set off, or the vehicle cannot be accepted there, the price may change and we will agree it with you first.

10. Parts and old parts

Unless we agree otherwise, the parts we supply are new. Where a new genuine part is not available, or you ask for a lower-cost option, we may offer a different grade of part, and the estimate will say what you are getting.

If you supply your own parts, we will fit them at your risk. We are not responsible for whether they are correct, genuine or fit for purpose, and there is no parts warranty from us on them. If a part you supplied turns out to be wrong or faulty, any extra labour to remove or refit it is chargeable.

Old parts we replace are yours. Tell us before the job if you want them returned, and we will give them back to you; otherwise we will dispose of or recycle them responsibly. Some parts, such as batteries or parts exchanged under a supplier's exchange scheme, must be returned to the supplier and cannot be handed back; we will tell you when that applies.

11. Warranty

Every battery we supply carries a warranty of at least 12 months. Other parts we supply carry the warranty given by their manufacturer or supplier, and our workmanship is covered, for the period stated on your invoice. If no period is stated for a part or for workmanship, that item has no warranty from us beyond your rights under the law.

A warranty covers defects in the part or in our work. A warranty claim will normally not be accepted where the failure was caused by:

  • a fault elsewhere in the vehicle that we did not work on or were not authorised to repair
  • wear and tear, or leaving lights, accessories or the ignition on so the battery is deeply discharged
  • accident damage, misuse, overloading, off-road use, incorrect fluids or tampering
  • work carried out on the same part or system by someone else after our job
  • a part supplied by you

Keep your invoice — we need it to process a warranty claim. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Insurance jobs

If your repair is to be covered by insurance, we can provide an estimate, photos and an invoice for you to submit with your claim.

We are not a party to your insurance policy. We do not guarantee that your insurer will approve a claim, pay a particular amount or accept our estimate, and we do not deal with the claim on your behalf unless we have agreed to in writing. Any amount the insurer does not pay, including any excess, remains payable by you for work you authorised.

13. Uncollected vehicles and storage

When your vehicle is ready, we will tell you and arrange its return or collection. If you do not accept its return or collect it within a reasonable time after we have told you it is ready, or you do not respond to our messages, we may charge a reasonable storage fee from the date we give you notice. We will tell you before any storage charge starts.

If a vehicle remains uncollected for a long period despite repeated notices, we may take the steps the law allows to recover what is owed and to deal with the vehicle.

14. Advertised offers and promotions

We aim to make every advertised offer accurate. Any conditions that apply — for example the vehicles, services, areas or dates it covers — are stated with the offer. An offer cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with another offer unless the offer says so.

Adverts and service pages describe typical prices and services. The price quoted to you for your specific job is the one that applies. If you believe an advertised offer applies to your job, mention it when you book.

15. Cancellations, no-shows and wasted call-outs

You can cancel at any time before our technician or truck sets off, at no charge. Simply call or message us on the number you booked with.

If our technician or truck has already travelled to you and you cancel, are not present, cannot be reached, or the vehicle cannot be accessed, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee to cover the journey. We will always tell you the amount before charging it.

If you cancel a workshop job after the work has started, you pay for the work already done and for any parts ordered specially for your vehicle that cannot be returned, and we will reassemble the vehicle as far as is safe.

If we cancel or cannot attend, you owe us nothing and we will refund anything you have already paid for that job.

16. Your responsibilities and vehicle condition

Modern vehicles can be sensitive to a loss of power. Disconnecting a battery or working on electrical systems may reset stored settings such as radio presets, clock, seat and mirror positions, and may require a security code or a system re-learn procedure. Where the vehicle allows it, we will use a memory saver, but we cannot guarantee that no settings are lost.

We may decline to work on a vehicle where we judge that doing so would be unsafe or would risk damage — for example where a battery is leaking, swollen or physically damaged, where the vehicle has been modified in a way we cannot assess, or where the location itself is unsafe.

You must tell us in advance about anything unusual about the vehicle: aftermarket electrical or mechanical work, a second battery, a start-stop or hybrid system, known faults, or previous repairs to the same part.

You are responsible for the safety of anyone with you at the location, including children and pets, while we work.

17. Limitation of liability

We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Where we are at fault, we will put right any damage we directly cause.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • pre-existing faults, wear or damage to the vehicle that we did not cause, including anything recorded at collection
  • faults elsewhere in the vehicle that only became apparent once the vehicle was running again or a part was removed
  • loss of stored vehicle settings or data
  • items left inside the vehicle
  • indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, missed appointments, travel or hire-car costs, or inconvenience

Where we are liable, our total liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where the law does not allow such a limit — for example in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or damage to your vehicle caused by our negligence while it is in our custody.

18. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us first and give us the chance to fix it. Call or message us on +971 54 309 2253 with your invoice details and what happened. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two working days and to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can.
