Battery died in the Yas Mall basement at 11pm with my family in the car. They found us on P2 in about 25 minutes, tested it, told me it was finished and fitted a new one on the spot. No drama, no upsell.

Car wouldn't start in the Khalifa City compound before work. The technician tested the alternator before touching anything. Battery was fine — it was a drain. He told me to get it checked rather than selling me a battery.

Called at 2am from a petrol station near Rabdan. Answered on the second ring, gave me a realistic arrival time and stuck to it. New AGM battery fitted and coded in under 40 minutes from the call.

Took closer to 45 minutes than the 30 I was quoted — Friday evening traffic on the E10, so fair enough, and they called to tell me they were running late instead of leaving me guessing. The fitting itself was quick and tidy.

Second time using them. Same technician, remembered the car. Replaced the battery in Mussafah, gave me the warranty paperwork properly and took the old battery away with him.

They told me my car was still under dealer warranty and the battery might be covered, and that I should check before paying them. I checked, it wasn't. Still glad they said it.

Solid work and a good price on the battery. The van got a bit lost finding my villa entrance in Al Reef, but the technician kept me updated the whole time rather than going quiet.

Car had been sitting for three weeks while I was travelling and was completely flat when I got back. Booked for the morning, they came, tested, replaced, done before I left for work.
